General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 8rbd (referred to herein as "8rbd", "we", or "the platform") and every individual who uses its services. By accessing 8rbd.app, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

8rbd is an online gaming operator licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. We offer Live Casino, Sports Betting, slots, and a range of other gaming services.

Account Registration & Management

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

• You may not allow anyone else to access your account, including family members.
• If your details change, update them immediately via Account Settings or by contacting support.

KYC (Know Your Customer) & Identity Verification

To comply with international gaming regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, 8rbd verifies the identity of all players. Withdrawals cannot be processed until the KYC process is complete.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Your documents are stored with complete confidentiality and are never shared with third parties.

Deposit Policy

To make a deposit at 8rbd, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and equivalent methods)
• Daily maximum deposit: subject to your account limit (adjustable in Settings)
• Deposits are usually instant — processing may take up to 5 minutes at most
• You will receive an SMS/email confirmation once your deposit is successful
• If the amount does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
• Depositing with a credit card or borrowed funds is strongly discouraged

Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal process at 8rbd is transparent and fast. However, the following conditions must be met.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• bKash/Nagad transactions are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first

8rbd reserves the right to hold and investigate any withdrawal suspected of fraud or money laundering. Your balance may be temporarily frozen during the investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

8rbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below.

• The bonus applies once per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• Any attempt to withdraw real money along with bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• 8rbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically removed from your account.

Gaming Rules

All games on 8rbd are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, visible during gameplay. The general rules applicable to all games are outlined below.

• Bets cannot be placed without sufficient balance. Credit-based play is not available.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the affected round may be voided and the bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will not be affected — you can view the outcome once your connection is restored.
• Exploiting any bugs or glitches is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity will trigger an account investigation.
• Misconduct toward other players or the dealer is strictly prohibited.
• Sending offensive or harmful messages in the Live Casino chat is strictly prohibited.

Security & Anti-Fraud Policy

8rbd is committed to protecting the integrity of its platform. Any fraudulent activity detected will be met with strict action.

• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
• Accessing the platform via VPN from a restricted region is prohibited.
• Using stolen or another person's payment method is strictly prohibited
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds is strictly prohibited.

If any of the above activities are proven, 8rbd will close the account, forfeit the balance, and report to legal authorities if necessary.

Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content on 8rbd.app — including logos, designs, game graphics, text, software, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 8rbd or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or modifying 8rbd content beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.
• 8rbd's trademarks and brand name may not be used without prior permission.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the game software is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure & Suspension Policy

8rbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without notice. Accounts may be closed in the following circumstances.

• Breach of Terms — particularly multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Requested self-exclusion or long-term cooling-off
• Extended inactivity (no login for 12+ months)
• Court order or regulatory authority directive

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute between 8rbd and a player will be resolved through the following process.

• First Step: Submit a detailed complaint to [email protected]. You can expect a response within 5 business days.
• Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved by support, escalate it to 8rbd's management team.
• Step Three: A complaint may be filed with the licensing authority.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Curaçao's courts.

Terms Modification Policy

8rbd reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Prior notice of significant changes will be provided via email or a website announcement.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
